At Reem, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged due to delivery handling or has any manufacturing fault, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
All orders are dispatched within 10 business days after purchase, following our standard shipping process.
