At Reem, we strive to process every order quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

For generic (non-custom) products, order cancellation is only possible before the order has been processed.

Once the product has been processed or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once approved by our customer support team, you’ll be asked to send the product back to our warehouse.

Refund Policy
At Reem, we do not offer refunds in general. However, if an exchange or suitable solution isn’t possible, a refund may be issued.
