Order Cancellation Policy

At Reem, we strive to process every order quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • For generic (non-custom) products, order cancellation is only possible before the order has been processed.

  • Once the product has been processed or dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Apply for an Exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at reemjewellrypk@gmail.com 

  2. Share your order details and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Once approved by our customer support team, you’ll be asked to send the product back to our warehouse.

Please note:

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • 7–10 working days are required for exchange approval and processing.

Refund Policy

At Reem, we do not offer refunds in general. However, if an exchange or suitable solution isn’t possible, a refund may be issued.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on your payment method.
